When you install and use the App, we gain access to certain types of information from your Shopify account, based on the permissions you approve:

Merchant Information: Your Shopify store URL, store owner name, and contact email address. This is used to communicate with you for support and important App updates.

Product Information (Read Scope): We access your product data, including product names, variants, prices, and inventory levels. This is necessary for the App's core functionality (e.g., displaying products for you to edit).

Order Information (Read Scope): We access your store's order data, including order details, items purchased, and prices. This is used to power the reporting features within the App.

Customer Information (Read Scope): We access limited, non-personally identifiable customer data associated with orders. This may include generalized location data, such as city or sub-district, to show the geographic location of orders for reporting purposes. This data is used in an aggregated or non-identifiable way.

Data We Explicitly Do Not Access: To be perfectly clear, our App does not access, read, or store any data that would personally identify your customers. This includes, but is not limited to:

Customer names

Email addresses

Phone numbers

Full shipping or billing addresses (e.g., specific street names, apartment numbers, or postal codes that could identify a specific residence).

Financial details (e.g., credit card information, which is processed exclusively by Shopify).

Government IDs or other sensitive "second-level" personal identifiers.

We only process the minimum data necessary for the App to perform its reporting and bulk-editing functions.

2. How We Use Your Information

To Provide App Functionality: Our primary use of your data is to power the features of the Revnous Bulk Pricing Editor, such as displaying your products, allowing you to edit prices in bulk, and generating reports.

To Provide Support: We may use your Merchant Information (like your email) to contact you regarding support requests, App updates, or important notices.

To Improve Our App (Analytics): We track usage events and user behavior within the App's interface (e.g., which features are used, "product events") to understand how you interact with our service. This helps us improve user experience, fix bugs, and develop new features. We use cookies or similar technologies for this purpose, as indicated in our cookie banner.

We store your store's data (Products, Orders, non-PII Customer data) only as long as the App is installed on your store.

Upon uninstallation of the App, we automatically delete all data associated with your store from our active systems. This process is irreversible.

As mentioned, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze how Merchants use our App's interface. This data is aggregated and anonymized where possible and is used solely for improving our App. Our cookie banner provides you with control over this tracking.

7. Your Rights
As the Merchant, you have control over your data. You can access or modify your product and order data at any time through your Shopify admin. If you wish to have all your data removed from our service, you can do so by simply uninstalling the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page or by contacting you via email.
